Confronting Test Anxiety

The majority of students report being more stressed by tests and by schoolwork than by anything else in their lives.

About 16-20% of students have high test anxiety, making this the most prevalent scholastic impairment in our schools today. (American Test Anxiety Association)

In our society today, testing is one of the primary means of determining competency. This setup has strongly molded a drive in people to out-compete and outperform each other resulting in the prevalent existence of test anxiety in educational settings.

This website was developed by City College students. Our aim is to provideĀ  resources to destigmatize and help manage test anxiety.
